The eighth grade will continue with President’s testing. The focus is “doing our personal best” along with comparing our results from fourth quarter to first quarter’s results.
Grades 3 (Elliot homeroom included), grade 4, and grade 5 will all be working on President’s testing focusing on our personal best.
Grade 2 (O’Neal) will work on a Wiffle Ball unit. We will use the information that we worked on from our kickball unit, and tie that information in with previous playing experiences with baseball or softball to form our Wiffle Ball unit. The focus is to gain experience along with teamwork and hand-eye coordination.
Kindergarten and first grade will all have class only one time this week (Hill Monday only, Catton Tuesday only, and Ahonen Wednesday only). Mrs. Simms will be using our regular gym time to practice with each of these grades for the Spring Program. If the weather cooperates, we will be outside for our one class with each grade level.
Preschool will play some games with the parachute again this week after a two-week layoff.
